RETURN POLICY
Has it ever occurred to you that you shopped but probably would want something else? Changed your mind later? Thus, you decide to return the product. No worries! We are here to help you and make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
You will receive a coupon code equivalent to the amount of return request raised. We respect our customer’s decision and therefore would request to follow the below mentioned steps:
- Inform – From the time you receive the product, you will have 48 hours to share the image of the product via email at support@dazzura.com and provide a reason for return. We will then validate your return request and approve accordingly.
- Return – If you receive an approval from Dazzura, you can ship the product within 5 working days with all the original packaging and in unused condition. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer. Please use a reliable courier service and share with us the tracking details once the product is shipped. The request for refund will not be processed if the product is not in its original packaging.
- Refund - Once the package is received, it will be validated by our team. Post quality checks are done, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our refund policy. Please allow 3-5 business days to process the refund. A coupon code will be mailed to you for any future purchases.
REFUND POLICY
Mode of refund:
Refund will be issued in the form of coupon code only. This code will be valid for a period of one year from the issuance date
Applicable deductions:
- Rs 200 will be deducted towards the forward and reverse shipment of the order to our warehouse
- Once coupon code is applied to a new order, this new order will not be eligible for returns or refunds. The coupon code is for one time use only and hence can be used for one order only
Eligibility:
- All products sold on our website are eligible for returns against a credit of coupon code
- Customer has a window of 48 hours to report any return request on our email support@dazzura.com with an image and a valid reason and ship it to us within 5 days of our approval email and provide us with the shipment details. If these steps are not followed, the return request will be rejected
- Damaged/ used products/ and without original packaging – are not eligible for returns. If the product inspected upon return is not up to the mark of the original shipment that was sent by us initially when the customer has placed the first order, we will not be able to process the refund. An additional Rs 125 will be charged for shipping the product back
- Multiple levels of quality checks are done before we fulfil the order to our customers. In case of quality not meeting your expectation, refund request will not be accepted
Refund Time
- Once the return request is approved or the confirmation of the cancellation of the orders is received, coupon code will be processed within 3-5 working days
- Coupon code cannot be clubbed with any other offer coupon code or on sale products while placing a new order
- For damaged products, we will be happy to ship a replacement for the same product based on availability, or issue a refund coupon code for the billed amount.
Order Cancellation
- Cash of delivery orders - we will call you for order confirmation before shipping
- Prepaid orders – if cancelled before the order is shipped, can be processed as a refund coupon code or can be refunded in your original payment mode (with deduction of 5% -towards PG charges)
- Cancellation of the order will be valid only until the order is shipped from our warehouse (usually 6 hours post order placement
Missed Delivery
Our logistics partners attempt thrice to deliver your shipment. However, for orders which are not collected at your end will be returned to us. We will re-ship the order at your request for an additional ₹250. All Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned to us will be re-shipped only after the payment for the same is made online along with the additional shipping charges.
